Wanderlux Mobile Glamping is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all customers and visitors to our website. By doing business with us you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website.
Our T&C document is intended to define the legal relationship between Wanderlux Mobile Glamping and our customers and visitors. We recommend that you seek legal advice if you have any questions or concerns regarding our T&C document.
Please note that this T&C document may be updated from time to time without notice. Your continued use of our website after any changes to this T&C document constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
What are Terms & Conditions?
Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms that define the relationship between Wanderlux Mobile Glamping and our customers and visitors. T&C govern the activities of customers and visitors while they use our website and engage with our services.
T&C are tailored to meet the specific needs and nature of our business. For example, our T&C for our glamping services are different from our T&C for our balloon artist services.
Wanderlux Mobile Glamping – Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Wanderlux Mobile Glamping website or services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services or website.
2. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to change or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services following any changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
3. Services Overview
We offer luxury Glamping rentals for private events (e.g., weddings, slumber parties) and festival-style setups across WA, OR, and ID. Festival locations are updated annually and subject to availability; feel free to inquire about unlisted events. Tent setups are required to be on grass. Set up in rock or dirt areas will incur an additional installation fee.
4. Booking & Payments

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm wedding-related bookings.

Festival bookings are fully non-refundable unless the venue cancels the event ahead of set up.

All festival bookings must pay a refundable $150 damage deposit. Any damages will be deducted from this deposit before a refund is issued. All refunds are issued 3-5 days after the last day of the event.

Late bookings or last-minute modifications may be declined or incur extra fees.

Each tent needs 25x25 feet. No refunds if there isn’t enough space. Moving a tent after setup costs $200 per tent.
5. Travel Fees
For private events located beyond our home office (zip 98937), a travel fee applies starting at $3 per mile. Such fees will be communicated during booking confirmation. Other travel costs may be added as necessary (ferry or road tolls round trip).
6. Weather Policy
We strive for consistency in service and monitor weather forecasts closely leading up to your event. However, we are not able to control sudden weather changes.

Light rain: Service proceeds as scheduled.

Severe weather (including heavy rain, lightning, or winds exceeding 35 mph): May result in cancellation or rescheduling, subject to availability and safety concerns.
Important Note: Once our tents and materials have been delivered and set up, we cannot offer refunds if weather conditions change after setup is complete. Our team invests time and resources into preparation and travel regardless of post-setup weather outcomes.
Please keep this in mind before booking, especially for outdoor events in unpredictable climates.
7. Occupancy & Bedding

Standard Bell tent: one queen-size air mattress with pump.

Wedding tents: queen sized mattress on an 8-inch platform.
8. Pet & Smoking Policy

Smoking inside or near tents is prohibited. Violation will result in a $250 cleaning surcharge.

No pets allowed in any of our tents. Violation will result in a $250 cleaning surcharge.
9. Damage & Security Deposit

A $150 refundable deposit is applied to festival rentals, held until 3–5 days post-event.

Damage deposit refunds may be withheld if items are returned damaged, missing, or excessively dirty (such as with stains, tears, bodily fluids, or lost inventory). All rentals must be returned in the same condition they were received. Customers are responsible for any repair, replacement, or cleaning costs. If there was no damage deposit (for private events only) or damage is over the $150 damage deposit client agrees to pay any repair, replacement, or cleaning costs within 30 days of notice.

If damage occurs, customers are expected to notify us and resolve charges.
10. Cancellation & Refunds

Weddings: Notify us at least one month prior to receive a partial refund. Deposit is non-refundable.

Festivals: Refund are only provided if the event is canceled by the venue, we are unable to provide the service we promised, or in the case of severe weather or safety concerns being apparent PRIOR to day of the event.
11. Liability & Disclaimer
We provide services "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to weather-related issues, personal injury, or event disruption. Please review with legal counsel if needed.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the site (images, branding, information) is owned by or licensed to Wanderlux Mobile Glamping and may not be used without permission.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data collected during bookings or site usage is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not share personal data with third parties except as necessary to provide services or when required by law.
14. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wanderlux Mobile Glamping and its owners, employees, and agents against claims or liabilities arising from misuse of services or violation of these terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be addressed in relevant courts within this jurisdiction.
