We understand that plans can change. For cancellations, please notify us 1 month before event. Our policy is that the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable for weddings. Festival rentals are non-refundable unless the venue cancels the show.

Just like a hotel or other lodging accommodations we charge a damage deposit fee of $150 this is refunded 3-5 days after the festival if no damage has occurred, and no items are missing. See our terms and conditions for more details.

YES. We travel all over Washington Oregon and Idaho. Private events are subject to a travel fee. Starting at $3.00 per mile traveled from our home office in 98937. Any ferry fees or road tolls will also be added to the bill.

Wanderlux Glamping offers luxury festival camping rentals at a variety of music and camping festivals across the PNW. We typically set up at The Gorge Amphitheater. We update our website with the list of festivals we’ll be attending every year. If you don’t see your festival listed, feel free to reach out to us, as we’re always looking to expand our festival camping opportunities.

If there is a light rain we will set up as usual. If lighting and heavy rain is expected or high winds over 35mph we cannot set up. We will reschedule based upon availability. For festivals we do not offer refunds unless the venue cancels before we set up.

No. We ask there be no smoking in or around the tents. If smoking occurs there will be an excessive cleaning fee of $250.

No pets allowed in our luxury bell tents. A cleaning fee of up to $250 may be charged for pets in the tent.

We supply every Bell tent with 1 queen size Air Mattress. If you need another bed or a Memory foam mattress let us know in the inquiry form.

Our wedding tents for brides and grooms come with an actual mattress on an 8-inch platform.

All other tents are supplied with a high-quality Quenn Air Mattress and pump.
