No smoking occurs inside the tents
Glue, glitter, and paint be kept away from the bell tents
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that even the most beautifully planned celebrations may need to shift. With that in mind, we offer the following cancellation and refund guidelines:
In the event that the event is canceled 30 days or more prior to the start date of April 8th, all bell tent rentals will be fully refunded.
Should unforeseen circumstances arise — including inclement weather, illness, or environmental conditions such as smoke affecting air quality — refunds will be issued accordingly.
In these situations, each rental will be refunded minus a $45 setup and preparation fee.
Our goal is always to be fair, flexible, and thoughtful, while honoring the care and preparation that goes into creating this experience.
