Lakeside Glamping Retreat at Taylor & Pat’s Wedding
Enjoy a unique Pacific Northwest experience in a lakeside glamping tent at Taylor and Pat’s 130-acre wedding venue, Camp Saturna in Maple Falls, WA.
You’ll stay in a comfortable and styled 16-foot bell tent nestled along the shores of Silver Lake. Set within an open field overlooking the water, we’ll thoughtfully position each tent to provide both privacy and connection — far enough apart for peaceful rest, yet on the same property as the celebration for convenience. Bathroom and shower facilities are located directly behind the glamping area.
DATES & AVAILABILITY: Fifteen bell tents are available to reserve on a first-come, first-served basis from Saturday Aug. 29, 2026 through Tuesday Sept. 1, 2026. Guests may stay 1 to 3 nights in any combination.
RATES: $350 for one night and $99 for each additional night. If you need to accommodate additional people in your tent, you may add a second Queen mattress for a one-time fee of $75.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Following your booking and prior to your arrival, Taylor and Pat will provide check-in instructions and helpful tips as you prepare for your stay. Please note that all guests departing on Tuesday Sept. 1, 2026 must check out *no later than 9 am* so we have ample time to meet the venue’s tear down requirements.
Care & Consideration
To preserve the beauty of the space, we kindly ask that:
No smoking occurs inside the tents
Glue, glitter, and paint be kept away from the bell tents
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that even the most beautifully planned celebrations may need to shift. With that in mind, we offer the following cancellation and refund guidelines:
In the event that the event is canceled 30 days or more prior to the start date of August 29, all bell tent rentals will be fully refunded.
Should unforeseen circumstances arise — including inclement weather, illness, or environmental conditions such as smoke affecting air quality — refunds will be issued accordingly.
In these situations, each rental will be refunded minus a $15 setup and preparation fee.
Our goal is always to be fair, flexible, and thoughtful, while honoring the care and preparation that goes into creating this experience.
